Resumen
The image contains news about the implementation process of the portable incandescent lighting system in the City of Bogotá, focusing mainly on the difficulties encountered during the arrival, construction and assembly of the devices intended to produce the necessary volatile liquid. Furthermore, the importance of lighting is highlighted as a basic need, especially in establishments such as pharmacies and other night services, where the lack of lighting made it difficult to properly dispatch products, frequently generating errors. Finally, reference is made to Resolution number 3, in which the departmental Government grants the permission requested by Céspedes, Nieto y Compañía. This permit allows the creation of liquid to power incandescent lighting lamps from sugar cane and other mill waste, while the devices necessary for its manufacture are installed. It is specified that the permit has a duration of 2 years and the conditions established for its fulfillment are detailed.
