This project proposes the creation of a technology consulting firm specialized in the Colombian agro-industrial sector, focused on optimizing product distribution and enhancing competitiveness through innovative ICT solutions. It addresses key issues such as logistical inefficiencies, low technological integration, and limited traceability, which hinder the sector’s efficiency and sustainability. The plan includes technical, market, financial, organizational, and legal studies to ensure viability, offering services such as process digitalization and automation, blockchain-based traceability, data analytics, cybersecurity, and precision agriculture. The target market is primarily small and medium-sized agro-industrial companies, cooperatives, and rural associations, with an initial focus on strategic regions of Cundinamarca. The estimated initial investment is COP 232.7 million from own resources, with the break-even point projected at 10 projects sold annually. Despite challenges such as the digital gap and economic constraints, the proposal is designed as a comprehensive solution to drive digital transformation and sustainable growth in the sector.
