La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del Decreto N° 1323 de 1901 por el cual se crean cuatro empleos en el panóptico de Bogotá donde el Vicepresidente de la República, encargado del poder ejecutivo, considera que es inconveniente para la disciplina del panóptico de Bogotá la salida de presos a la calle, decreta en el artículo único, créanse cuatro puestos de ordenanzas de la dirección del panóptico de Bogotá, con el sueldo mensual de cincuenta pesos cada uno.
