The image contains a notice about Ordinance Number 60 of 1890 by which the Municipal Council of Bogota is authorized to establish a revenue system of the Municipality on special bases, issued by the Departmental Assembly of Cundinamarca in which it is ordered to authorize the Municipal Council of Bogota so that in addition to the contributions it has, it can establish, with the approval of the Governor of the Department certain types of taxes, being these: Tax on public spectacles, of whatever nature they may be, tax on permitted games, on consumption of foreign merchandise, consumption for each load of wheat, potato, corn, honey, coffee, rice and tobacco, this shall not exceed ten cents per load. Additional taxes will be imposed on loan houses on pledge, establishments where liquor and fermented beverages are sold at retail and finally exemptions for wheeled vehicles that may only travel on departmental roads and will be exempt from such taxes, taking into account that such roads correspond to the North, South and West and end at the Plazuela de San Victorino passing through the camellón de la Alameda, Tres esquinas and Pila Chiquita.
