El trabajo muestra el desarrollo de un Recurso Educativo Abierto, licenciado bajo Creative Commons, para la enseñanza de la lectura en braille. El sistema de lectoescritura braille se basa en una matriz de seis puntos dispuestos en dos columnas de tres puntos cada una, que combinados forman letras del alfabeto, signos de puntuación y números. Las personas con discapacidad visual deslizan las yemas de los dedos sobre las matrices, logrando determinar los símbolos, sin embargo, las personas sin discapacidad deben poder observar las matrices, determinar cada símbolo y así formar las palabras. El Recurso permite enseñar el braille a los docentes universitarios, de manera de facilitarle la comunicación con sus discentes ciegos y posee comportamiento inteligente para guiar el aprendizaje del usuario de manera más eficiente. Fue desarrollado adaptando una metodología tecnopedagógica y herramientas de software libres
The work shows the development of an Open Educational Resource, licensed for Creative Commons, for the learning of the reading in braille. The literacy braille system is based on an array of six dots arranged in two parallel columns of three dots each, which combined together form letters of the alphabet, punctuation and numbers. People with visual disabilities slide the fingertips on matrices, achieving determine the symbols, however, people without disabilities should be able to observe the matrices, determine each symbol and form words. The OER teach Braille to university teaching, in order to facilitate communication with their blind learners. Additionally the OER for guiding possess intelligent user learning behavior more efficiently. In addition the system has to guide learning intelligent user behavior more efficiently. The Resource was developed by adapting a tecnopedagógic methodology and open source software tools.
