El avance tecnológico ha demandado la creación de entes lógicos para controlar los dispositivos electrónicos llamados software; sin embargo, la industria tecnológica ha generado riquezas exageradas a costa de usuarios que no conocen sus verdaderos requerimientos y, por ende, no pueden elegir con libertad lo que necesitan para poder realizar las tareas de su vida cotidiana, recayendo en gastos e “inversiones” innecesarias, pero que benefician a ciertos sectores. Así pues, este trabajo pretende dar una visión más global de lo que se denomina software y conocer sus diferentes formas, para así poder realizar y tomar decisiones con libertad, pues es necesario tener conciencia del rol del usuario y cómo puede ayudar a mejorar su situación actual como individuo frente a la constante relación con los otros sujetos
Technological advance has demanded creation of electronic control devices called Software. In this context the technological industry has generated exaggerated income at the expense of users who don’t know which are their true requirements and, thus, cannot choose freely what they need to perform tasks of daily life, relapsing in unnecessary expenses and “investments” and generating benefits for certain sectors. This essay aims at providing a global opinion on what is called Software and knowing their different forms to perform and make related decisions with freedom. All this because it’s necessary to have user role awareness and, in this way, help improve user's’ current situation as individuals in constant relationship to other subjects.
