The image presents news about:"The work of Makadamizar has been undertaken the camel that gives in front of the barracks of San Agustin, taking with it a step that has long called for the natural advance of that part of the city, good would be that this refection was extended to the bridge Cualla. The mess and the state of destruction in are the two streets that lead the river in that block not only make it impassable and uninhabitable but have become a cause of infections, which at the cost of any sacrifice should be avoided ". La imagen presenta una noticia acerca de:" Se ha emprendido la obra de Makadamizar el camellón que da frente a los cuarteles de San Agustín, dando con ello un paso que ha tiempo pedía el adelanto natural de aquella parte de la cuidad, bueno seria que dicha refección se prologase hasta el puente Cualla. El desaseo y el estado de destrucción en se encuentran las dos calles que orillan el rio en aquella cuadra no solo hacen intransitable e inhabitable sino que la han convertido en causa de infecciones, que a costa de cualquier sacrificio debe evitarse ".
