The image contains news about the issue of the possible transfer of the Government to another point other than Bogotá, considering its possible impacts on the city. It is noted that the significance of the decree under discussion, which could affect the old sections of Colombia, is a cause for concern and raises the general assumption that the educated population of Bogotá has interests combined with the capital and that they could be affected with the transfer of the Government to another place. La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la cuestión de la posible traslación del Gobierno a otro punto que no sea Bogotá, considerando sus posibles impactos en la ciudad. Se señala que la trascendencia del decreto en discusión, que podría afectar las antiguas secciones de Colombia, es motivo de preocupación y plantea la suposición general de que la población culta de Bogotá tiene intereses combinados con la capitalidad y que podrían verse afectados con la traslación del Gobierno a otro lugar.
