The image continues the news about a message addressed to the president of the general charity board, in which the mayor is quoted who mentions that there are two beggars who have not been housed in any charity establishment, thus the complaint It is referring to something being done with these beggars. After this, a message appears stating that the beggars now have a place to sleep and their own shelter in which they receive food. News published in the Cundinamarca newspaper, June 24, 1870

La imagen continúa la noticia acerca de un mensaje dirigido al señor presidente de la junta general de beneficencia, en la cual se cita al alcalde el cual menciona que hay dos mendigos que no han sido alojados en ningún establecimiento de beneficencia, con lo cual la queja es referente a que se haga algo con estos mendigos. Luego de esto aparece un mensaje en el cual se da constancia de que los mendigos ya tienen donde dormir y asilo propio en el cual reciben alimentos.
