| dc.description | Esta articulo nace de una investigación como parte de una tesis doctoral que busca establecer las características de las empresas que trabajan en equipo. La investigación se hizo tomando como marco de referencia algunas empresas manufactureras instaladas en España. Con base en investigaciones previas y en la información obtenida de las entrevistas, la experiencia compartida en las empresas y la retroalimentación continua de las mismas a través del uso de Internet, se hace un análisis de la influencia de los factores determinantes en la implementación del trabajo en equipo y se establecen las características que determinan los diseños de trabajo implementados en las empresas estudiadas. | es-ES |
