Abstract

The image contains news about a letter from Pedro Pineda D. who writes to the Director of La Nación to draw the Mayor's attention to the acts carried out in the Circus that he considers unacceptable and cruel. Pineda describes how a girl of around 8 or 9 years old is forced to hold a trapeze with her hair while another girl performs pirouettes hanging from her legs.
