The image contains news about the influx of real or false poor people and beggars that is noticeable in this capital and that has harassed its inhabitants asking for alms, has caused many censures to fall on the shelter house regarding its operation without verifying the state of the house, its accounts are the causes of this uninterrupted influx of real or false beggars. La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la afluencia de verdaderos o falsos pobres y mendigos que se nota en esta capital y que tiene hostigados a sus habitantes pidiendo limosna, ha hecho recaer sobre la casa de refugio muchas censuras sobre su funcionamiento sin que se verifique el estado de la casa, sus cuentas as causas de esa no interrumpida afluencia de mendigos verdaderos o falsos.
