Resumen
In this section of the Voces y Regiones program, the concept of peace for all inhabitants of Colombia is discussed, defining it as a reality that ensures the guarantee of all rights for every individual. Peace is not only the absence of conflict, but also a state in which human rights are respected and living conditions improve for everyone. Additionally, the program emphasizes that active participation by citizens is essential to achieve this peace, as it allows the population to influence decisions and improve both individual and collective conditions. This approach highlights the importance of involving society as a whole in building a more just and equitable environment, where everyone has the opportunity to live in peace and with dignity.
In the same form, discusses the negotiation tables currently taking place in Havana, Cuba with the FARC. It highlights how these negotiations are a key step toward achieving peace in Colombia. Additionally, the importance of the country preparing for a post-conflict phase is emphasized, which will involve the reintegration of former combatants, victim reparations, and the creation of a more inclusive and equitable society, to ensure that the effects of the conflict do not continue to affect the population.
