The Municipal Council authorizes the Mayor and Treasurer to contract with the Sisters of Charity to manage an asylum. They will manage the establishment and report to the Treasurer. La imagen contiene una noticia sobre el acuerdo relativo al asilo para pobres y desvalidos. El Concejo Municipal autoriza al Alcalde y al Tesorero para contratar con las Hermanas de la Caridad la administración de un asilo. Ellas gestionarán el establecimiento y rendirán cuentas al Tesorero. Se asignan fondos municipales y se derogan acuerdos anteriores que contradigan esta disposición.
