Resumen
This image contains a news item about Article 1 which establishes that in Bogotá no public or private building intended for the public, such as hospitals, nursing homes, theaters, slaughterhouses, market squares, etc., may be built if they are unhealthy, unless that the Central Hygiene Board approves the construction site and the plans related to hygiene. Article 2 states that in the capitals of the other departments, these constructions must submit the site and plans, with regard to hygiene, to the Departmental Hygiene Boards. Finally, article 3 indicates that the plans sent to the board for these purposes must be sent in duplicate, so that one of them is archived in the Hygiene Board and can be consulted as necessary. News published in the Municipal Registry newspaper, No. 818, May 10, 1899.
