La imagen muestra una noticia acerca de el progreso que ha tenido la Casa de Refugio, ya que se ha conseguido una suma anual suficiente para proveer a la manutención del mayor numero de reclusos, además de comprar maquinas y primeras materias para las manufacturas, pero aún así siguen habiendo, porque aun vagan por la calle algunos pordioseros, pero no seria así si se le hubiesen prestado a la Casa de Refugio recursos más abundantes.
