| dc.description | Esta investigación estudia a través de un análisis de narrativas, la forma en que se configuran las subjetividades docentes en el marco de las políticas educativas en TIC. Y presenta las prácticas que estos docentes reportan para la implementación de esta normatividad, a la vez que se va identificando como se construyen como docentes. Como producto de este ejercicio investigativo se plantea la metáfora del maestro girasol, que orienta sus acciones hacia diferentes centros de luz, como lo son las oportunidades desde la política educativa, las resistencias constructivas a la política y las construcciones compartidas, aspectos que serán fundamentales para configurar su subjetividad profesional. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | This research studies, through an analysis of narratives, the way in which the teaching subjectivities are configured within the framework of educational policies in TIC. And it presents the practices that these teachers report for the implementation of this normativity, while at the same time identifying how they are built as teachers.
