| dc.description | La gestión del conocimiento en las empresas ha evolucionado con el uso de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación. Por tal razón, este artículo presenta los resultados de una investigación cuantitativa no experimental de tipo transversal-descriptiva realizada en la ciudad de Ocaña, Norte de Santander, Colombia, sobre la influencia que tienen las TIC en los procesos de gestión del conocimiento dentro de las organizaciones. Los resultados del análisis, demostraron el impacto de las TIC en los procesos de adquisición, distribución y memoria del conocimiento.Palabras claves: análisis de varianza, conocimiento, empresas, gestión del conocimiento, tecnologías de la información. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The knowledge management in the enterprises has evolved with the use of the information and communication technologies. For that reason, this article presents the results of a non-experimental quantitative investigation of type transversal-descriptive made in the city of Ocaña, Norte de Santander, Colombia, about the influence that have the TIC in the process of knowledge management inside of the organizations.
