La imagen presenta una noticia acerca de:" No a una sino a múltiples causas, según nuestro modo de ver las cosas se debe la carencia casi completa de matrimonios en Bogotá; hecho muy alarmante por que afecta la salubridad mortal y las buenas costumbres de nuestra sociedad, sin agregar inconvenientes que por pertenecer a otro orden de ideas menos elevando".
