Abstract

The image contains news about concern about the lack of presentation of municipal income accounts to the provincial accounting office. For this reason, the political leaders of the time had to send these accounts to the accounting office, which allows the implementation of corresponding fines for those who do not comply with this responsibility. This omission represents the appearance of negative consequences in the management and transparency of resources. For this reason, it was necessary at that time to address this procedure carried out by political leaders, to guarantee the integrity of financial administration, as well as to maintain trust and compliance with obligations on the part of the officials involved.
