Resumen
The program discusses the participation spaces available for young people, conducting a survey asking citizens to name the places and ways in which youth can engage, have a voice, and make proposals for community development. It also recalls a key historical moment for Colombian youth: the Seventh Ballot event. This event, which took place in 1990, symbolized student mobilization that allowed young people to influence the country's political decisions. Through student marches, youth demanded their right to participate in the political and social transformation process, leading to the convening of a National Constituent Assembly. This historical moment marked a turning point in how young people and society in general understand their right and ability to influence political decisions, emphasizing the importance of active participation for social and political change.
