La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del Decreto del 20 de agosto, que modifica las disposiciones sobre el juramento de posesión de los alcaldes parroquiales.El decreto aborda las dificultades y perjuicios que enfrentan los alcaldes parroquiales debido a las distancias y condiciones de los caminos al trasladarse a la cabecera del cantón para prestar juramento ante el jefe político respectivo.
