The image contains news about agreement number 24 of 1891 by which a contract is approved between the municipality and the national government for the transfer of a premises located in the market square. The municipality transfers this premises to the government, which will use it to establish the police force. In exchange, the government agrees to pay compensation to the municipality for the termination of a previous contract it had on the premises, as well as to cover the police expenses corresponding to the district during the term of the contract. The agreement also establishes the start and end date of the contract, as well as the conditions for returning the premises at the end of the contract. In summary, this legal document formalizes the transfer of a municipal property to the national government for police purposes, establishing the conditions and compensation corresponding to both parties.
