The image contains a news item about the Bullfighting Circus, mentioning to the Governor of the Department, how the Regulatory Decree of the bullfights was announced, stating that bullfights cannot be carried out without previous permission of the Chief of Police, at the moment of obtaining the respective license, the program of the function to be carried out must be presented to the Chief of Police, who will be in charge of the approval and will demand the defined guarantees of compliance. Additionally, it is mentioned that the Commission will have the right to 5 pesos and this will sign the diligence in which the number of bulls to be fought, the marks that distinguish them and the names with which they will be made known to the public are expressed. Finally, it is mentioned that no more tickets may be sold than the number of seats in the bullring, no more than nine tickets may be sold for each box, each show will be presided by the authority assigned for such program, together with other norms and guidelines pertinent to this type of shows.
