The image contains news about the protection of commercial interests, in this case a proposal is presented to increase the police force to 100 men in order to avoid certain inconveniences that are mentioned throughout the text such as that criminals are coming to stay at the province due to the lack of authority that exists and being such a commercial area, they run the risk of unforeseen events happening, therefore, they strongly request, citing article 135 of the law of May 18, 1841, that the police force be increased to have greater security and better protection of commercial interests. La imagen contiene una noticias acerca de la protección de intereses de comercio, en este caso se presenta una propuesta de aumentar la fuerza policial a 100 hombres para así evitar ciertos inconvenientes que mencionan a lo largo del texto como que los criminales están llegando alojarse a la provincia debido a la falta de autoridad que hay y al ser una zona tan comercial corren el riesgo de que sucedan imprevistos, por lo cual, piden encarecidamente citando el artículo 135 de la ley del 18 de mayo de 1841 que la fuerza policial aumente para tener una mayor seguridad y una mejor protección a los intereses del comercio.
