La tierra es pa´l que

Abstract

The adjudication of the land constitutes the fundamental axis of my story. It is combined with the history of a country like Colombia, going back to the pre-Columbian era until reaching the present, where the possession of the land has become a legal and social problem that is difficult to solve. To understand the agrarian issue, three fundamental stories are addressed: the first, my family and personal history; the search for a land deeded by my grandparents and my childhood in their home, the second covers the analysis of the agrarian laws that have governed the Colombian countryside and the third, the history of Colombia. Each story is articulated with the others to offer a text that allows understanding the theme of land in a country that has suffered greatly by the appropriation of it.
