Resumen
The present didactic proposal is in regards to the comprehension of the mathematical object known as proportion. This is as well a search for linking areas of knowledge such as history and technology, so that students of sixth and seventh grades at the basic secondary education system recognize this property contextually, just like the applications and characteristics of the proportion, It is also expected that by generating a major interest in the population which this is directed to (Cycle III), it provides with meaning, structure and a supportive argument when solving problems that now transcend beyond mathematics.
In addition, it is intended to carry out a structured development from the interactions and potentialities of working with technology. Therefore, the final product will be a proposal as a Virtual Learning Object (OVA acronym in Spanish) that incorporates the named elements.
The results will be significant as they contribute to the discussion about a gap that is increasingly destined to be bridged, among the exact sciences and other areas that regrettably are downplayed regularly such as the arts, history, and now more than ever, technology.
