Resumen
The image contains a news story about the situation of beggars in Bogotá, mentioning that many years ago such a large number of dirty and ragged beggars were not seen walking the streets, bothering passersby and affecting public health with their bad odors. Furthermore, he points out that these people spend the night in the squares and doorways of warehouses and houses, showing a city without police, dirty and inhospitable. It is suggested that the authorities should take effective measures to prohibit beggars from begging for alms and proposes that readers use their influence to request prompt action to prevent these evils. It concludes by reiterating that begging is harmful to both the population and the beggars themselves due to their lack of hygiene and carelessness. Furthermore, the hope is expressed that the authorities and society, including women, will favorably receive the proposal to control begging and help only those who really need it.
