Resumen
Through this document I present the necessary elements for the development of an entrepreneurial proposal called Tierra Querida, which consists of the design and production of printed souvenirs with images and photographs alluding to Colombian culture. In the first part, there are the theoretical foundations corresponding to the objectives set. Then, the analysis of the general environment in which the project is going to be carried out is presented on the general conditions, a market characterization is developed in which potential customers, competitors and their main competitive advantages are identified strategic allies and the DOFA matrix. Subsequently, based on the technical processes of product development, an initial investment is proposed. Finally, a financial projection is made by means of which the recovery of the initial investment is proposed within a period of six months, and a monthly sales amount is fixed, taking into account the expenses and fixed costs per month and with the purpose of that each production unit leaves a contribution of 30% on the profit.
