Plan de negocio de una empresa trituradora de llantas usadas para la industria asfaltera en Bogotá

Abstract

This work forms part of a business plan dedicated to the grinding of waste tires in order to put them to use in the industry asphalt which contributes to improving the environment. This idea is important because there is not any regulation on the fleet and the secondary waste which in turn generates. Market research is based on a diagnosis of the current structure of the local market to understand the conditions of that market, identifying opportunities and strategies aimed turn to it, for this is clear the technical aspects required for the final product, starting from the collection and the needs and requirements to obtain a competent and quality product. Accompanied by such studies potential competition dedicated to this activity in Bogota, according to that study identified must be verified companies legally constituted compared to the legal and administrative framework for its establishment and operation, assessing the social and environmental impact would result in the implementation of the company. The financial analysis includes the investments required for the implementation of the company and key performance indicators discussed. Additionally strategies that can be seen to achieve the goal of sustainability of the organization and raise some recommendations are presented. The business plan that demonstrates the viability done may have running this type of project in the region.
