Resumen
The document provides a technical and regulatory overview of the various types of surveys required for road infrastructure projects, particularly within the Colombian context. It outlines the procedures, technologies, and technical criteria to be applied in topographic, photogrammetric, bathymetric, geotechnical, hydrological, and traffic surveys, among others. The text establishes specifications to ensure the quality, accuracy, and relevance of the collected data, considering variables such as scale, coverage, precision, and compatibility with other project inputs. It also defines responsibilities between contractors and supervisors, aligned with the objectives of the National Roads Institute (INVIAS).
The document adopts a normative and methodological approach, aiming to standardize the collection of geospatial data essential for the design, construction, and maintenance of roads. It also addresses conditions for the use of technologies such as differential GPS, total stations, and LIDAR, promoting the integration of information to improve decision-making. The structure of the document reflects an effort to systematize and update the technical guidelines for surveys, aligning them with national and international standards and ensuring their effective implementation in contracts related to road works.
