Abstract

This thesis aims to provide guidance on the importance of proper use and optimization of technological resources within a company and use it as versatile as a streaming audio tool is made. Its aim is to develop a tool that allows employees of Caracol Radio S.A access audio signals circulating on the internal network of the organization. For this purpose use it was made of the PDCA as the core of all stages of creation and implementation of the technology solution.
