Resumen
In this episode, the topic of citizen participation tables and spaces around peace is addressed, with the spokesperson of Fabián Andrés, an expert and active participant in these issues. The importance of these spaces for the construction of a new and sovereign Colombia is highlighted, mentioning that these spaces are born from the need to resolve regional and national problems. Fabián Andrés refers to the regional table of social, peasant, indigenous, Afro-descendant and union organizations of the Andean Amazon region, which includes not only Putumayo, but also other areas such as Cofán, Siona, Kichwa and the lower part of Cauca. Although he recognizes that these spaces have positive aspects, he also points out that they can be negative by not allowing a comprehensive meeting between the actors who live in the same territory. The program also discusses politics and the need for the people to get involved in it. Fabián Andrés criticizes the negative perception of politics and emphasizes that it is necessary to think of a new country and build our own policies from within the peasantry. The programme also addresses the importance of guaranteeing the political rights of people with disabilities, ensuring that polling stations are accessible and suitable for all. Finally, the programme concludes with a reflection on the importance of peace and social justice, highlighting that peace is only possible with social investment and respect for the rights of all citizens.
