Resumen
The image contains news about the resolutions of the Government of the Province of Bogotá regarding the sale of liquor in bottles. The Government, recognizing that it does not have the power to establish weights and measures according to the Constitution, and to avoid harmful alterations to the income of spirits, compared bottles of different sizes and consulted with experts. It was resolved that the conventional measurement of a bottle, widely accepted in the markets, is a cylinder with an internal diameter of one decimeter and a height of 12 centimeters. This measure will remain in force for the purchase, sale, delivery and reception of liquor throughout the province, until the Supreme Government orders otherwise. La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de las resoluciones de la Gobernación de la Provincia de Bogotá relativas a la venta de licores en botellas. La Gobernación, reconociendo que no tiene la atribución de fijar pesos y medidas según la Constitución, y para evitar alteraciones perjudiciales para la renta de aguardientes, comparó botellas de diferentes tamaños y consultó con expertos. Se resolvió que la medida convencional de una botella, ampliamente aceptada en los mercados, es un cilindro con un diámetro interior de un decímetro y una altura de 12 centímetros. Esta medida seguirá vigente para la compra, venta, entrega y recepción de licores en toda la provincia, hasta que el Supremo Gobierno disponga lo contrario.
