Sistema web de publicación y postulación a ofertas laborales para la interacción entre estudiantes de una institución de educación superior pública y empresas

Abstract

The “Sistema Web de Publicación y Postulación a Oferta Laborales para la Interacción entre Estudiantes de una Institución de Educación Superior Publica y Empresas” is a prototype based on web services that aims to establish a communication link between students of the Technological Faculty of the Technology program in data systematization of the District University and businessmen of the economic sector of information technologies. Through which, students will be able to apply for offers or vacancies published by companies according to their needs and requirements, leaving their resume there to be subject to evaluation and to the company's own selection processes. This application was developed through the client/service architecture and under the SCRUM methodology that allowed us to manage the development of our software through the principles of agility and flexibility, thanks to technological tools such as: Fireabase, Nodejs, ExpressJS and the Angular 7 framework. Within the modules to be implemented, we find the registration module for both companies and students, leaving their personal and contact information consolidated there. Secondly, we find a module for the publication of offers, where companies can publish their available vacancies, revealing characteristics of a job offer (professional profile, required studies, work experience, knowledge, salary, among others). The third module is a vacancy filtering subsystem, where students will be able to classify the offers according to the area of interest regarding charges in the extension of Information Technology (area of analysis and design of computer systems, maintenance of infrastructures, digital and analog networks, design of communication systems, among others). The fourth module refers to a subsystem of notification of offers, which will allow the student to be aware of the new available vacancies that the different companies have been publishing and finally the offer application module that will allow the student to attach his or her life, in order for businessmen to review it and start their internal selection and hiring processes, if necessary.
