Abstract

The image contains news about the resolution clarifying article 1 of the law of June 14, 1812, additional to that of May 18, 1811 on general police. Considering 1 that article 11 of the law of May 18, 1841 on general police declares that the governors of the provinces, political leaders and mayors are police chiefs. 3rd, having not discussed the law with the governors when granting the police chiefs that power, how do I exclude them from knowing in the first instance the faults and contraventions of which section 3, title 1 of the law of May 18, 1841, those excluded cannot be considered even though article 2 of the law of June 14 provides that when the political leader or the mayor applies the penalty of the beginning of paragraph 3 of article 10 of the law of April 6, 1836, den account to the governor so that he approves, repeals or reforms it.
