Resumen
The process of software development encompasses more than the final product embodied in a computer program, although this product is born of the need expressed by the client, the process itself is much more complex, this process involves stages such as analysis, design, construction, testing and implementation. Throughout this process, roles and individuals are involved, acting individually and / or collectively, such as developers, analysts, project managers who, in turn, form teams responsible for working at all stages, this project focuses on individual work of the developers, this way is intended to attack problems related to quality and productivity. Currently there are agile methodologies for the development of software such as Scrum which proposes as a fundamental principle to focus on delivering products to the customer that give value quickly and involving it constantly throughout the development of the project, on the other hand, you can mention methodologies to personal level as Personal Software Process (PSP) which focuses on the time management and personal productivity of programmers. With the present project will be carried out a first approximation in the application of the methodology proposed in this research, that allows to evidence the improvement in the quality aspects of software and productivity at personal level, directed to the role that the programmers fulfill in the cycle of software development life, at the company Prodigious Brand Logistics Bogotá, during the development of a Sprint defined in the methodology Scrum.
