The image contains news about the fire department, firstly the background of the fire department is mentioned, secondly it mentions the actions taken, among which is the fact that the Municipal Council requests the Mayor to investigate the organization of the fire department. Additionally, it indicates that the General Directorate of the National Police sends a copy of Decree number 124 of 1897, which regulates the service of the Fire Department and makes its articles known.

La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del cuerpo de bomberos, en primer lugar se menciona los antecedentes del cuerpo del mismo, en segundo lugar menciona las acciones tomadas, entre las cuales se encuentra el hecho de que el Consejo Municipal solicita al Alcalde que indague sobre la organización del cuerpo de bomberos. Adicionalmente, indica que la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional envía copia del Decreto número 124 de 1897, que reglamenta el servicio del Cuerpo de Bomberos y da a conocer sus artículos.
