El objetivo del presente trabajo es presentar la descripción y análisis de las interacciones entre estudiantes participantes en una actividad pedagógica llevada a cabo en un curso de pregrado de educación superior, en el segundo semestre de 2013, en una universidad regional de Colombia (Universidad de Cundinamarca, sede Fusagasugá), utilizando el Análisis de Redes Sociales (ARS) [1]; y, de igual forma, determinar si el comportamiento de los individuos en la red de alguna manera influye en el rendimiento académico individual y grupal. La tutora (coautora de este trabajo) estableció un entorno colaborativo como estrategia de aprendizaje utilizando Facebook, donde la comunidad del curso podía participar aportando y debatiendo sobre el tema de estudio relacionado con la aplicación de metodologías de sistemas suaves (MSS) en la resolución de problemas no estructurados [2].
The aim of this paper is to present a description and analysis of the interactions between students participating in an educational activity conducted in an undergraduate higher education in the second half of 2013 in a regional university Colombia (University of Cundinamarca – Fusagasugá headquarters) using Social Network Analysis (SNA) [1] and determine if the behavior of individuals in the network somehow influences individual and group achievement. The tutor (co-author of this paper) established a collaborative environment as a learning strategy using Facebook, where course community could participate by contributing and discussing the topic of study related to the application of soft systems methodologies (MSS) in resolving unstructured problems [2].
