Resumen
Currently, the colombian system has the regulation to register the author rights framed in the concept of intellectual property, this regulation is in force since 1982 with several modifications and evolution in its 36 years to the present. The case to study is how to generate copyright in a safe and direct way avoiding intermediaries for literary works unpublished, according to the aforementioned law refers to the first publication by the artist, the colombian state is the one that gives the artist the guarantee of their registration and copyright. This process through the website (registroenlinea.gov.co) consists of four steps; 1. User registration 2.Selection unpublished work and author's data 3. Information about the work and 4. Transfer of rights and attachments. The answer is yes or no the registration is fifteen working days. Currently there are emerging tools and technologies that allow you to authenticate practically any type of document online or even virtual transactions in a secure, agile and decentralized manner. This is an example of the blockchain technology. Blockchain is the tool used in the research presented below, for the registration of musical rights in Colombia. It must be clear that there are two different legal contexts and forms, related to the registration of copyright and the collection of royalties from copyright, on the one hand there is the National Directorate of Copyright, (DNDA) public entity, belonging to the Ministry of the Interior of Colombia responsible for the registration and legal support of copyright and on the other side the related topic of the economic incentives, the organization of this task is Sayco and Acinpro (OSA). Once these two entities are clarified, emphasis is placed on the proposed work method, working directly on the online copyright registry, using the blockchain technology, this technology will provide an alternative to the current copyright registration and authentication model in the colombian system.
