The image presents a news item about the patriotic meeting of the municipal hall with the objective of gathering people who support the national defense of the territory against the invasion by foreign forces, the sum that each of the attendees would support the government and the creation of a commission in charge of the collection of such agreed sums, this during the government of Santos Gutiérrez. La imagen presenta una noticia sobre la Reunión patriótica de la sala municipal con el objetivo de reunir personas que apoyaran la defensa nacional del territorio frente a la invasión por fuerzas extranjeras, la suma que cada uno de los asistentes apoyarían al gobierno y la creación de una comisión encargada de la recaudación de tales sumas pactadas, esto durante el gobierno de Santos Gutiérrez. Publicada en el periódico EL COLOMBIANO No. 100 el 25 de diciembre de 1863. Pag. 119 (3a y 1/2 y 4a y 1/2).
