La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del Decreto Número 29 de 1886 en desarrollo del Acuerdo número 21 del mismo año sobre arrendamiento de sirvientes domésticos, en el que se menciona que el trabajo de los sirvientes domésticos puede contratarse por tiempo determinado; pero no podrá estipularse que durara más de un año, a menos que conste la estipulación por escrito; y ni aun con este requisito será obligado el criado a permanecer en el servicio por más de cinco años contados desde la fecha del documento del concierto. Adicional se mencionan las posibilidades de renovación indefinidamente de dicho concierto y los tiempos para cesar el servicio a voluntad de las partes, junto con demás lineamientos y prohibiciones a tener en cuenta con respecto al personal contratado y el patrón. Resumen
The image contains a notice about Decree Number 29 of 1886 in development of Agreement number 21 of the same year on leasing of domestic servants, in which it is mentioned that the work of domestic servants may be contracted for a determined time; but it may not be stipulated to last more than one year, unless the stipulation is recorded in writing; and not even with this requirement shall the servant be obliged to remain in the service for more than five years counted from the date of the document of the agreement. In addition, the possibilities of indefinite renewal of said agreement and the times for termination of the service at the will of the parties are mentioned, together with other guidelines and prohibitions to be taken into account with respect to the hired personnel and the employer.
