Resumen
The image contains news about the request made in 1859 by Joaquín Perdomo, an official of the Grenadine Confederation in the State of Cundinamarca, who raised a concern about employees who abandoned their jobs. The old legislation granted canton judges the power to impose financial sanctions on council or parish employees who abandoned their duties. However, since these political entities no longer exist, it is necessary to review the current regulations. Perdomo suggests that the Executive Branch determine a solution, since the lack of regulation can generate problems. The need to establish an effective procedure to sanction employees who abandon their responsibilities is highlighted. News published in Gaceta de Cundinamarca on July 23, 1859
