Abstract

The image contains a news item about the Decree on the Executive Power issued by the President of the Republic of Colombia, which decrees that the court of appeals residing in the capital, will be composed of a president appointed by the government, who will be in office for as long as they demonstrate their good conduct, will also be composed of six judges and two prosecutors.
