La imagen contiene una noticia sobre la circular que estipula los valores en pesos que deben contribuir sobre las mercancías mencionadas en el documento, y hace las aclaraciones a los contribuyentes sobre los productos que tienen efecto en el pago de impuesto y el remate de las contribuciones de las cuales habla la circular.
