The image contains a news article about a letter addressed to the editor of El Tradicionista by Enrique Cortés. In it, he requests the publication of certain documents and mentions an outstanding debt with the printing press. Also included are responses from several teachers at the Normal School, who defend the teaching provided in the face of criticisms published in the newspaper. They argue that the institution follows government guidelines and that students consult historical texts and other subjects. This article was published in El Tradicionalista on May 14, 1872.

La imagen contiene una noticia sobre una carta dirigida al redactor de El Tradicionista por Enrique Cortés. En ella, solicita la publicación de ciertos documentos y menciona una cuenta pendiente con la imprenta. También se incluye la respuesta de varios maestros de la Escuela Normal, quienes defienden la enseñanza impartida frente a críticas publicadas en el periódico.
