Resumen
The image contains a news item about tax collection and protectionism: a decree to collect duties on foreign goods and national clothing for lease. Ordinance 141 presents deficiencies in the collection of taxes on foreign goods and national clothing. The Governor of Bogotá, considering the situation, decrees that the specified fees will be collected per lease until the end of the current year. The leasing process will take place in the Office of the Government in front of the Provincial Council. A minimum amount of sixteen thousand pesos is established for offers. The auctioneer must ensure the monthly payment and the value of the lease with guarantees. Public notices are issued regarding this decree. Signed in Bogotá on February 18, 1856 by P. Gutiérrez Lee, Secretary of Revenue P. I. Calvo F. News published in El repertoire on February 23, 1856
