The image contains news about the Bogotá tram, it mentions that Bogotá could be the only capital city without a cult order of this transportation without mentioning that the service of other cities is in better condition than this one, on the other hand, it is not the fault. La imagen contiene una noticia sobre el tranvía de Bogotá nos menciona que Bogotá podría ser la única ciudad capital sin orden culto de este trasporte sin mencionar que el servicio de otras ciudades se encuentra en mejor estado que este, por otro lado, la culpa no la tiene totalmente los empresarios si no los propietarios de la calle real después de un tiempo se dieron cuenta del daño que estaba generando, el presupuesto y cuidado que conllevaba.
