| dc.description | The "death of the author" is a concept that serves as a category of analysis to study some discursive modifications of the Colombian artistic field during the nineties. This process occurred simultaneously with the first approaches of producers and critics to the most popular discourses of postmodern philosophy. To make this approach, the text follows the Foucauldian recommendation to study historical processes while contemplating the context where they take place. thus, the text intends to study the implementation of said category as an integral element of an institutional apparatus subject to particular adaptations during a specific time, which depend on the scope where they will be applied as an operative procedure. | en-US |
| dc.description | La “muerte del autor” es un concepto que sirve como categoría de análisis para estudiar algunas modificaciones discursivas del campo artístico colombiano durante la década de los noventa. Este proceso se dio de forma simultánea con los primeros acercamientos de productores y críticos hacia los discursos más populares de la filosofía postmoderna. Para realizar este acercamiento, en el texto se sigue la recomendación foucaultiana de estudiar los procesos históricos sin dejar de contemplar el contexto donde estos tienen lugar. así, en el texto se pretende estudiar la implementación de dicha categoría como elemento integral de un aparato institucional sujeto a adaptaciones particulares durante una época específica, que dependen del ámbito donde se aplicaran como procedimiento operativo. | es-ES |
