Abstract

In this section of the Voces y Regiones program, the guests reflect on the human connections needed in Colombia to achieve peace, highlighting the fundamental role of women as a unifying force in building these connections and fostering peace. They discuss the radio station Colectivo Urdimbre: The Voices of Women, a platform committed to tolerance, whose purpose is to highlight the work, thoughts, and feelings of women who build society. The conversation emphasizes the importance of women who dedicate their lives to founding, promoting, and strengthening organizational and human development processes, convinced of their crucial role in the participation and implementation of Public Policy, the Equality of Opportunities Plan, and also underscores the importance of artistic creation and other key actions for social development. For this reason, they consider it essential to have a space for information and listening, where the voices of women who weave society can be amplified.
